It's a fact -- one of the greatest challenges to purchasing clothing via mail order is getting the right fit. Unfortunately due to variations in body styles, (for example, two kids that weigh the same, but one is three inches taller than the other), brands, collections and items within brands, etc, it is impossible to guarantee that everything you purchase will be a perfect fit.
Although we can't guarantee fit, we do provide you with a few tools to take some of the guesswork out of your purchase, including size charts and sizing information when available, (size charts may be accessed through the Customer Service Center located near the bottom of each page on our web site, which may also be reached by clicking on the Customer Service link at the top of each page). In addition, we will gladly provide measurements for specific garments/sizes at your request.
If you would like measurements for any of the items on our site please email customer service, and include the item number, name, and the size(s) you are interested in having measured. One of our staff members will be happy to email measurements back to you shortly, usually within a few hours. (Response times may vary, particularly during busier seasons, but we will get back to you as quickly as possible. We're sorry, but we cannot take measurement requests via phone.)
